To be eligible for the LACMA Active membership, the company must have been operational for at least two years, having its own personnel, transportation, infrastructure and warehouse.

Application Form
In addition to completing the application form below, applicants are required to provide sponsorship letters from five (5) LACMA Active Members (download template below). Each letter must be sent directly by the sponsoring member to lacma@lacmassoc.org
