Para ser elegible a la membres\u00eda Activa de LACMA, la empresa debe tener al menos dos a\u00f1os de operaciones, contando con personal propio, transporte, infraestructura y bodega.

Adem\u00e1s de completar el formulario de aplicaci\u00f3n a continuaci\u00f3n, aplicantes deben proporcionar cartas de patrocinio de cinco (5) miembros activos de LACMA (descargue la plantilla a continuaci\u00f3n).
