Shaping the Future
of Moving and Relocation
Join LACMANext, where young professionals connect, learn, and lead.
About LACMANext
For over 20 years, LACMANext has brought together motivated young professionals (ages 18–40) from LACMA member companies, bringing fresh perspectives, energy, and technical skills to the moving and relocation industry. The group elects its own Board of Directors every two years, promotes networking among young professionals, and actively supports initiatives such as LACMA S.O.S. and the LACMA Student Exchange Program.
Our Purpose
LACMANext is more than a group—it’s a platform to grow, learn, and lead. We prepare young professionals for future leadership roles within LACMA while promoting the exchange of ideas, professional development, and a forward-thinking approach to our industry. And yes, we make it fun—networking, collaborating, and creating positive change together.
Who can join?
If you work for or own an international moving company affiliated with LACMA and are between 18–40 years old, LACMANext is for you. Whether you’re new to the industry or already experienced, you’ll find opportunities to learn, connect, and make an impact.

Our Initiatives
LACMANext Exchange Program
Internship program for LACMANext members which offers the opportunity to visit and experience the service and operations of a colleague agent.
LACMA members make themselves available to be host companies, receiving LN members.
This program allows the new generation to enrich their personal and professional development through the experience and exchange of new and different ideas, which provide new visions and a more global perspective to our organizations.
LACMAS.O.S.
The LACMANext Board supports the LACMAS.O.S. program, designating the profits from the annual group’s activities to relief and humanitarian aid projects that benefit our region and the families of our members’ low-income employees.
CSR Activities
As part of our humanitarian commitment, LACMANext organizes annual volunteer activities during our conventions. One of our flagship initiatives is partnering with TECHO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating poverty in informal settlements by building safe, dignified housing alongside residents and young volunteers.
When TECHO is not present in the host city, we select an alternative humanitarian activity, ensuring every convention leaves a positive social impact on the local community.
Global Green Initiative
Since 2019, LACMANext has partnered with IAM YP and FIDI 39 Club on the Global Green Initiative, aimed at fostering environmental awareness within the moving and relocation industry.
